Givore Premium — Withdrawal & Refund Policy

NIF (NIE): ESZ0649598Z · Address: Valencia, Spain · Contact: [email protected]
Givore Premium is coming soon. It is not yet available for purchase. This policy is published in advance so you can read it before Premium goes on sale.
1. Your 14-day right to change your mind
If you are a consumer in the EU/Spain, you normally have 14 days to change your mind about a purchase and get your money back, without giving a reason.
2. Digital content — how the 14 days work
Premium is digital content delivered immediately. If you choose to start using a paid feature right away, you ask us to begin before the 14 days are over; once the feature is fully delivered, the 14-day change-of-mind refund may no longer apply to that period. Even so, you can still cancel future renewals anytime (see the Subscription Terms) and you keep access until the paid period ends.
3. Refunds go through Apple / Google
Because Apple or Google took your payment, refunds are handled through their systems, not by us. To ask for a refund:
- Apple: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the Givore Premium purchase, and request a refund.
- Google Play: open Play Store → Account → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history, select the purchase, and request a refund.
In the rare case that a statutory withdrawal right applies and the store declines to process it, contact us at [email protected] and we will help.
4. Governing law
Governed by the law of Spain; as a consumer you keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence and may bring disputes before the courts of your own place of residence.
