1. Owner

This app and website are operated by Karol Dąbrowski, a sole trader (autónomo) in Spain, trading as "Givore".

2. Purpose

Givore is an app for giving away and sharing things for free between people. It also plans to offer an optional paid subscription, Givore Premium, which unlocks additional features.

3. Prices and VAT

If and when Givore Premium becomes available, its prices will include Spanish VAT (IVA 21%). Sales are made through the Apple App Store and Google Play, which act as the sellers and handle payment, taxes, and refunds.

4. Intellectual property

The "Givore" brand, logo, design, and the app's and website's own content belong to the owner. They may not be reproduced or used without permission, except for content posted by users, which remains theirs.

5. Liability

We work to keep the app running properly and the information accurate, but we do not guarantee it is always free of errors or interruptions. Givore is not responsible for the deals, exchanges, or conduct between users, nor for content posted by third parties. Use the app in line with applicable law.

6. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the courts of their own place of residence have jurisdiction.
