Givore Premium is coming soon. It is not yet available for purchase. These terms are published in advance so you can read them before Premium goes on sale.
1. What Premium is
Givore Premium is an optional paid subscription that unlocks extra features in the Givore app: a bigger search range, watching more than one city, chat history, cosmetics, and stickers. The free app keeps working without it.
2. Price
The price is shown at checkout in your App Store or Google Play before you confirm the purchase. Prices include applicable taxes (for Spain, IVA 21%), applied by the store for your country.
3. Auto-renewal
Premium renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) at the price shown at checkout, and keeps renewing until you cancel. Apple or Google charges your account shortly before each renewal.
4. Cancel anytime
You can cancel at any time, with no penalty, in your subscription settings in the same store where you subscribed (Apple App Store or Google Play). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
5. Billing, taxes, receipts
Premium is sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Apple or Google is the seller, takes the payment, shows the confirmation screen, handles tax, and issues your receipt. For billing questions, use your Apple or Google account.
6. Free trial
If a 14-day free trial is offered, you pay nothing during the trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, it turns into a paid subscription automatically and Apple or Google charges the price shown at checkout. You can cancel during the trial in your store settings.
7. For US buyers
This subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel. You agree to this recurring charge before you are charged, on the store's confirmation screen. You can cancel anytime in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings; cancelling stops future charges.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Spain. If you are a consumer, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, and disputes may be brought before the courts of your own place of residence.
